Faolan has a few aspects of her personality. Generally speaking she is sweet, compassionate, and despite being very stubborn, or perhaps in part because of it, has an innate ability to make a situation work. She is very serious about her work though not at all uptight, just organized and straightforward. Faolan is usually not a big fan of violence of any kind, though she is extremely protective of those she either views as needing protection or those she chooses to be loyal to.

On the other hand Faolan was raised by a very interesting Irish family and as such, is well versed in the arts of taking care of herself and of others. Even though she does prefer to settle things peacefully, she will not at all hesitate to use excessive and ruthless force if she is not complied with. When she gets into these moods she tends to lose herself a bit and go very overboard. Moral of the story is stay on her sweet and gentle side, not on her creepy slaughter-happy side.

Faolan has the raven locks common among the black Irish, that are wavy and usually kept at mid-back length. Her eyes are leaf green get brighter the more she uses her ability. She is quite curvaceous with an hourglass figure and long legs. Her skin is fair with a slight sun-kissed hue to it.

As for clothes, she usually wears things that are fitted and professional looking. In her work as assistant to the head of Cluskio House, Faolan wears the simple staff uniform. After school hours she is still the contracted personal security detail to the head of Cluskio and wears close fitted black clothing that is easy to maneuver in. She tends to stay away from bright colors because of her bodacious figure and because she doesn’t want unneeded attention.

Ability Description:
Faolan has the ability to move all sorts of objects with the force of her mind. The object may be organic or inorganic, as long as it has mass she can maneuver and manipulate it however she pleases. When she first discovered this ability as a child she could only do this to things in a 3 foot radius. As a teenager this ability grew so that she could manipulate objects in a 10 foot radius. However, now that she is an adult and has honed and focused her skills, she is able to control objects within 20 feet.
At very close range, up to 5 feet, she can lift objects up to 100% of her weight limit effortlessly. At a medium distance, 6-15 feet, she can lift objects up to 90% of her weight limit and at her peak distance she can move objects up to 80% of her weight limit. If she attempts to maneuver anything beyond that weight/distance range for too long (anything beyond 2 posts) she loses consciousness for a handful of hours (1 - 2 posts) depending on the situation. When she uses the ability to lift herself (only herself, not carrying anything) the weight limit does not apply (to herself, still applies to everything else she moves).

She has to be able to see the object to move it, the mind must know what it is manipulating to do so. Though she may hurl objects in directions she cannot see though she wouldn’t control where they land. When throwing the object, the force used is equal to the woman’s strength statistic. In battle, Faolan uses throwing knives quite a bit as they are lightweight and therefore she can control their trajectory for longer than if she threw just using her hands, though she has excellent aim without her ability.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

History:
Sometimes growing up in a family descended from ancient kings is great. But sometimes that family chooses to be involved in organized crime. And sometimes your great big hero of a Da decides to be the best hitman in the country. And sometimes…your beautiful and gentle Mama with hair like a river of fire and eyes like the moor pays for it. Sometimes your twin brothers protect you with their lives and you have to watch as the bad men slit their 15 year old throats because god forbid they let anyone rape their 10 year old baby sister.

However. Sometimes…when the knife is just about to cut into Declan’s throat, you burst out of the closet you’ve been hiding in. Because sometimes it’s not good enough that your big brothers get the hell beaten out of them with no one to protect them. Sometimes it’s not good enough that Da be away right now making the bad men who made Mama go to sleep pay for it. Sometimes it’s time to change things.

Maybe you don’t realize that the bad man’s knife isn’t in his hand anymore but is in his throat, just like he was gonna do to Declan and probably Dylan, too. Then maybe you catch on that you just hurt someone really bad and they weren’t going to be ok. But you remember Dylan’s face when the knife touched his twin, Declan’s, throat and you don’t care. So instead of being like Mama and fixing all the hurts, you become like great terrible Da when he’s mad and you scream and suddenly all the things in the room are flying around and hurting the bad men.

When it was over, the young Faolan awoke to the worried and pale face of her Da hovering over her. The man had finished the job he’d left to complete but the satisfaction of it was overshadowed by his daughter’s episode. The boys had told him what had happened, men had come to pay the rest of his family a visit and show him what was what. The boys had defended their sister to the end, as they were trained, and just when Declan almost needed two coins for his eyes, all hell broke loose. The men were dead, battered to death by debris from all over the house. He’d come home to a broken couch, which the twins said had served the killing blow to their attackers.

From that day onward, Eamon (Da) focused on the girls ability, trying to figure out what was going on with his progeny as best he knew how. At first it was a rough road but then it got easier. The girl grew older and when her gift got controllable, he started her on the same training her brothers went through. Being in ‘the business’ was no joke, a man had to be ready to do what he must. Just because his fair little Faolan was a girl didn’t exempt her, for had she not been gifted she’d have been molested and murdered. She had to be able to defend herself. At first she didn’t like it much, but when he explained to her that this was so that she could protect her brothers just like the twins had protected her, her attitude changed. Determination shone in the teenager like a beacon and she surpassed his expectations.

Alaina, the girl’s mother, would never have approved of how her little princess had grown into one of the best bodyguards in Ireland’s business. Or perhaps she would have, given all the circumstances. Either way, the girl grew up into a woman looking just like her Da but with the general disposition of her Mama. Unless, that is, there was a mess to be taken care of. In that case she acted a whole lot like her mischievous and reckless older brothers, and this worried Eamon. His kids were nuts.

At the age of 21 she was contacted by a gentleman to whom her reputation had preceded her. This man's name was kept hush hush by the proxy until the face to face meeting that Faolan demanded before taking any contract. She was only slightly surprised to see the head of the Cluskio family calmly get out of his fancy car and walk towards her. Surprised because this the head of a very important family in these parts, but only slightly because due to the man's position it was only natural that he'd be in need of services like her own. They walked and talked and after the meeting, she had been contracted to act as the assistant and personal security detail to the man's son for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, her first meeting with the Principal was at the funeral of the man who had hired her.
